There is a diagram of the proposed new model along with accompanying markers in the supplementary figures (Figure 10) which are freely available as a pdf here: http://www.nature.com/ni/journal/v11/n7/extref/ni.1889-S1.pdf
The wiki page is already updated with info on the new model (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haematopoiesis#The_myeloid-based_model ), referring to a different source.
